Janine Anthony is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Arena & Atelier Co. With over 15 years of experience spanning sports broadcasting, digital platforms, and PR strategy, she has built a career at the intersection of media, sports, and the creator economy.

She began in sports commentary at the BBC, where she became the first African woman to lead football commentary at a major men's tournament, calling matches at AFCON 2019 in Egypt. She went on to lead Sports and Gaming Partnerships for TikTok across Sub-Saharan Africa, served as Head of PR and Communications at PawaTech, and consults for Snap Inc. on Creator Partnerships and Content Strategy across Africa.

Janine holds a degree in Business Administration from the United Kingdom, and continues to advise brands, platforms, and organizations navigating market entry, creator strategy, and sports commercial partnerships across Africa, Europe, and North America.
